Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, proudly announces its remarkable achievement at the International Conference on Health Research (ICHR) 24. Our team secured 1st position in the undergraduate poster presentation category with the study ‘Role of ChatGPT in Clinical Practice: Perceptions, Expectations, and Future Implications,’ showcasing the innovative integration of AI in healthcare.
The winning team comprised Wahab Zia (Final year MBBS), Laiba Zahir, Laloona Hussain, Zarka Zahid, and Urooj Fatima (all 3rd year MBBS), who demonstrated exceptional teamwork and dedication. Wahab Zia, the main presenter, skillfully articulated the research findings, highlighting the team’s vision for AI in medicine.
This achievement was made possible by the invaluable guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Iqbal Haider, who supervised the project, shaping the research and guiding the team towards success.
Additionally, we are also excited to share that Muhammad Ahmad’s team, including Maaz Bin Zahid (4th Year MBBS) and Waleed Zeb (Old Final Year MBBS), achieved 2nd position in the Oral Abstract Presentation-Rapid Fire Category. Muhammad Ahmad’s study, ‘Efficacy and Safety of Dinutuximab in the Management of High-Risk Neuroblastoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis,’ reflects his commitment to rigorous research and clinical excellence.
