The Board of Governors of MTI-KMC/KTH/KCD administer and manage the affairs of the instituition and has overall superintendence and control over the functions and all matters of the instituition.
The BoG members are eminnet technical and professional persons in their respective fields and having significant aptitude for improving the hospital services, such as, legal, finance and economics, management, medical profession and teaching.
