Qualification & Experience

1.      

Chairperson – Anatomy

(03 years Contract)

The candidates must be from amongst the medical faculty (only Medical doctors) and will be assessed on their Teaching experience, research publications, leadership qualities and management skills. Applicants must currently hold a valid position in the relevant department/speciality at the level of Assistant Professor or higher. Criteria will be as per the policy board MTIs regulations duly adopted by the BoG MTI KTH/KMC/KCD & MTI Act, 2015 (Amended from time to time).

The chairperson selected, other than faculty members of KMC/KTH, shall have salary package equivalent to the initial contractual pay of the same faculty posts they are eligible under prescribed rules and regulations of MTI/KMC/KTH/KCD.

The post will be a tenure-based position for a period of 03 years and renewable for two further terms of three years each at the discretion of the Dean and the advice of the Academic Council based upon performance and so documented by the Dean.

Institutional Based Practice (IBP) for clinical Chairpersons shall be mandatory. The selected doctor shall not practice medicine outside the hospital premises. IBP perks and privileges will be admissible.

*Chairperson is an honorary position & provides an opportunity to obtain leadership/administrative experience.

2.      

Professor – Anatomy

Eligibility:

Regulations by the policy board for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act, 2015/PM&DC 2025 (amended time to time) shall apply.

3.      

Faculty Position-

       i.        Gynaecology & Obstetrics

      ii.        Cardiac Anaesthesia

     iii.        Electrophysiology

Eligibility:

Regulations by the policy board for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act, 2015/PM&DC 2025 (amended time to time) shall apply.

·          Attested testimonials, CNIC, experience certificates and credentials (SSC/HSSC/MBBS/Academic certificates/additional qualifications in relevant field & original research publications) to be attached.

·          Candidates must submit name, email address, contact number, and designation of at least three referees.

Note:- For S. No. 3(i) candidates having at least 02 years training in Gynaecological Oncology are encouraged to apply only.

4.      

Assistant Professors-

For S. No. 4(ii) candidates having at least 02 years training in Urogynecology are encouraged to apply only.

For S. No. 4(iii)(a) candidates having at least 02 years training in Critical Care Medicine are encouraged to apply only.

5.

Assistant Warden

(Female)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university/institution.

Experience: At least 01-year post-qualification relevant administrative experience in public /private sector Hospitals / Universities / Colleges hostels.

6.

Cook

Illiterate, preference will be given to the candidates having at least 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

TERMS & CONDITIONS;

1.   Proceedings/inquiry/misconduct-free applicants shall apply online (mandatory) at https://career.kmc.edu.pk along with complete Resume/CV, CNIC, all attested educational documents, experience certificates, Research Publications, Professional certifications/diploma and other relevant documents duly within FIFTEEN (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. Applicants should deposit fee described below, as processing fee (non-refundable) in NBP A/C No: IBAN: PK81NBPA0388003048663220 University Campus Branch, Peshawar in favor of Principal KMC Peshawar, applicants can also deposits the due fee over the counter in NBP, University Campus Branch, Account No. NIDA-10-4.  A complete job application/covering latter and original deposit slip along-with complete educational documents and experience (where applicable) must be received at the Department of HR & Establishment, KMC through registered courier service only, which should clearly have name of position at the corner of envelope. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.

Fee for Sr. No. 01, 2  3 & 4 = Rs. 3000/-

Fee for Sr. No. 05= Rs. 1000/-

Fee for Sr. No. 06= Rs. 500/-

2.   Any application/documents received after the closing time and date shall be rejected. No documents will be accepted/changed/replaced once received along with the application. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

3.   It will be the responsibility of candidates to provide valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post to be applied for.

4.   Degree in-progress types of academic certificate shall not be considered.

5.   Experience marks for the relevant experience shall be awarded to only those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for. Only post qualification relevant experience will be considered.

6.   Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately along with processing fee as mentioned above.

7.   Only shortlisted candidates as per prescribed criteria shall be called for the interview.

8.   Services of selected candidates will be governed under the KPK Medical & Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015 (amended from time to time).

9.   Civil/Government servants or employee of any organization shall apply through Proper Channel (in case of civil servant the applicant shall submit an NOC from his/her parent department along-with the application).

10. All Civil/Government servants (if selected) or employee of any organization will resign from Civil/Govt. service or from employment of any other organization. No lien or any such relief of any sort shall be acceptable.

11. All recruitment will be done on merit basis. Therefore, any reason to influence the process will make candidate liable for disqualification in the said selection process.

12. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the selection process if she/he has been convicted by a court of law or dismissed/terminated/removed from service; and/or Furnishes any false / forged information and /or documents while applying for any post; and /or Suppresses any information which may lead to her /his disqualification from selection; and /or Attempts to influence the selection process in her /his favor or against any other candidate; and /or Misbehaves during the test and / or selection interview.

13. Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.

14. The competent authority of MTI KMC shall have the undeniable vested right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the advertisement without providing any reason.

15. Selected clinical faculty member must do mandatory IBPs as per MTI-Act 2015 (amended from time to time).
